Global Vision Impact Levers – The current global debate is dominated by concerns such as closing opportunity gap, gender sensitivity, the proper role of the state in development, the role of macro policies, the role of the human capital in enterprise and population investment, environment and urban policies. How We Work
We are building a closer relationship between the staff and the customers, we are becoming a lot more professional, a lot more customer-focused, a lot more staff-focused, a lot of younger people are coming in, as well as a lot more ladies. Kinghorne is about believing that the 18-year-old kid who comes in, starts washing dishes, can get a manager position within three years. We shall always make sure everyone sense that things are getting better, as a customer, as an co-worker, as a shareholder. We integrate staff into different branches and we coach the branch managers into how to increase our brand as we share success.

Kinghorne has a four-week course for new hires in which they learn about the company philosophy and history. Induction priorities: lead to accountability or change, technical fit with cultural fit, co-worker competent, contributing to business success, and build co-workers. Those priorities are reflected in all HR processes including recruiting, performance evaluations, promotions, and rewards.
