HTWD the CEMEREM Project is managed by a team that will include:

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Thomas Grischek, Project Leader for the German Universities. He will work to ensure that the combination of strengths of the HTWD and TU Bergakademie Freiberg is fully employed to develop applied study courses and research in engineering and management.

Dr. Ulrike Feistel, Project Coordinator for the German universities is responsible for the implementation of all programme activities from the German universities and the coordination with TTU. She is responsible for coordination, administration, curricula and workshops.

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Jakob Ebermann assist the Project Coordinator. He is also be involved in the development of MSc and BSc courses on Environmental Engineering, purchase and installation of lab equipment and construction of teaching tools and models, mentoring of the visiting students from TTU and organization of excursions.

Prof. Dr. Horst Beidatsch is in charge of quality control. He also contributes his expertise in computer science to the project.

Dipl.-Ing. Carsten Lauer will provide the key input in the field of geotechnics. He will be responsible for the establishment of the soil mechanics laboratory, its equipment and the training of staff.

Prof. Dr.-Ing. Jürgen Schoenherr contributes to the education of staff and students in waste management and recycling.

Dipl.-Jur. Marcus Korneli will offer supervision to the training of two (2) administration staff from TTU.

Dipl.-Wirtsch.-ing. Bert Reichert is responsible for management, leadership and organization training of Kenyan visiting staff and students.

Prof. Dr. Volkmar Kreissig, guest lecturer and advisor at TTU, will be involved especially as expert for management studies, business administration and industry involvement.
